We recently interviewed about 4 custom closet companies and chose to work with Warren Bush of Closet Tailors for multiple reasons: • Warren was the most precise at measuring and laying out the closets (you would be surprised but a few closet reps laid out closets with incorrect measurements) • The 3D software program Warren used was very helpful in envisioning the final product (no one else we interviewed had a software like this – everything was hand drawn) • Warren had great ideas for the layout which incorporated our specific needs and wants • Warren was very accessible and accommodating when we had questions or wanted to make changes to the layout • We felt Warren had a higher quality product with a better finished look • Warren was all around friendly and fun to work with • Warren was very competitive in his pricing • Warren was able to do the tear-out of the old closets and install of the new closets in a minimal amount of time, and everything was installed accurately and to our expectations The overall cost of the closets was higher than we expected to spend on closets. We also chose to paint and have new floors installed which added to the cost. BUT, now that we see the finished product, we are so glad that we made the decision to get the closets.
